Not at all — most of our customers are the same. You never have to log in to anything or learn any software. You send us a WhatsApp message saying what you want changed, and we change it. That's the whole system.
What does the $150 actually cover?
Everything for one full year: designing and building the site, the domain name for the first year, hosting, the security certificate, backups, being listed on Google, and one content update each month. There is no separate setup fee.
What happens after the first year?
You pay the same yearly price again to keep the site online, hosted and updated. The price does not jump after year one. If you ever want to stop, you can take the website and the domain with you — they are yours.
What counts as a monthly content update?
Changing text, swapping photos, updating prices or hours, adding a special offer, posting news. Basically anything that is editing what is already there. Building whole new sections or features is a separate add-on, and we'll always quote you before doing anything chargeable.
Do I need to buy a domain name myself?
No. We register one for you and the first year is included. If you already own a domain, even better — we'll connect it to your new site at no charge.
How long does it take?
Usually about five days from the moment you send us your details and photos. The main thing that slows it down is waiting on photos and text from your side, so if you have those ready it can be quicker.
I don't have good photos of my business.
That's very common. We can use good-quality stock photography that fits your industry, and we'll give you a short guide on taking decent photos with your phone. Many customers start with stock images and swap in their own later — that's a normal monthly update.
When do I pay?
Only after you have seen your website and you're happy with it. We build it first. If you look at it and decide it's not for you, you don't pay and you owe us nothing.
Can you also handle my Facebook and Instagram?
We'll link them to your website and make sure everything matches, so a customer coming from social media lands somewhere that looks like the same business. Ongoing social media posting isn't part of these packages, but ask us and we'll point you in the right direction.
What if I need something more complicated later?
